It works like this.

Find an issue that you think we should improve, and star it. If the issue doesn't already exist, go ahead and create it, and share it with others so they can also star it.

When we as developers work on the game, we sort GetSatisfaction by the highest rated and we prioritize by how much work the issue will take us to fix. This way, you as players, as a collective, can make visible things you want us to address so we can't possibly ignore them.

You can still discuss Blade Symphony here ofcourse, but please understand it's impossible for us to reply or address every single idea or proposed change discussed here.

GetSatisfaction is best used for reporting bugs or problems with the game you are having, not much discussion goes on there.
So if have an idea or want to talk balance the best places would be either the Steam forums or on these forums.
