Whenever I try to open any particle system within the particle editor nothing happens/ nothing gets loaded. Can anyone offer some suggestions how to fix this?

I have little experience with source sdk, but have been able to create a particle system from scratch and add it to a map, so that seems to work fine. Also the hammer editor crashes whenever I press the particle system name -> browse of the info_particle_system entity, might be related issue.

So far I`ve tried adding exceptions to antivirus, running everything related as admin.

particle not work, i use env_smokestack with dust sprit
