Can't connect to Blade Symphony servers using home internet

"Cannot connect to game server" message. Was able to connect before (for about the first 2 days when I first installed the game). I can connect and play using my school's network and my phone's wifi hotspot's internet perfectly fine. The servers I tried are official SEA and Australia's server. I can play any other online game on my home connection just fine. Already tried reinstalling and verifying the game file's integrity. Windows firewall is off and I do not have any additional anti-virus, firewalls whatsoever. Network firewall is also off. PLEASE HELPZ. I wanna be able to play at home Thanks in advance!

I suggest that you take a look at port forwarding.
