Draft Tournament 6: The Undiscovered Country

It's time for another draft tournament! It will be on
Saturday, the 21st of January.
The teams will be drafted at
noon pacific time (8 pm GMT)
and the matches will start immediately afterward. It will be single-elimination, hopefully with 8 teams.
The maps used for this tournament will be detonate, fortress, fusion, silo, and vaccine.
Let's try something different for this tournament:
The map for every match will be chosen by a strike-out system. After the teams are drafted, but before the bracket is created, each team is going to give me (in private) a list of the maps, in order by how much they want to play each map. After all the lists are in, they will become public. Before each match, the map will be chosen by taking turns crossing off the bottom map on each team's list that hasn't yet been crossed off. The last map remaining is the map that will be played. The team that is "higher" on the bracket (randomly) will cross off first. There are no decisions involved in this crossing-off process, so it shouldn't take too much time.
Let's do an example. hg is playing TCF, hg is higher on the bracket, and the lists look like this:
hg: vaccine, detonate, fortress, silo, fusion
TCF: silo, detonate, vaccine, fusion, fortress
hg crosses off fusion
TCF crosses off fortress
hg crosses off silo
TCF crosses off vaccine
Detonate is the last map left, so they're playing it.
