TAC would be useless if it didn't detect everybody...
I agree cold suit isn't the best implant, but it's not a "team" implant...

I have to admit I like the way TAC works now as well. It's not all powerful as it only let's you know where players were a moment ago, not ''now''.
I don't believe it needs to be less effective.
As for enhancing the cold suit itself, I'm open to other ideas!

If stealthed players were harder to see without Thermals, maybe more people would actually use Thermals. Would that not be the most useful buff to Coldsuits (and Stealth)?
It is so awesome to run towards a Heavy with one big red eye and knowing you're invisible
Oh and coldsuited Heavies still freak me out a lot ^^
