Forum suggestion, make expand or spoiler tags.

Suggestion: For the sake of smaller more manageable posts, include the functionality to make expandable boxes within posts.
Reason: Any long informative posts should have the ability to be easy on the eyes.
As an example:

Nope, your right, i dont much care for a language i cant speak, although googles knows all:

so should spoiler tags have any title we wish to give them? for example like "load of pics".
