Enable raw input and add rawinput as a mouse option which is present in other (?) orangebox games.
Why? Because it's keen

As I didn't know what rawinput was, I almost ignored this one, but decided to look it up:

Added support for raw mouse input. Raw input reads directly from the mouse, bypassing Windows control panel mouse settings. This addresses issues with high DPI mice, and provides for a more reliable controller experience at various resolutions.''
With that in mind, it sounds like a good option to add...!
