steamstartup() failed: missing interface

Wow. I can no longer run dystopia. When I click on it I get --

SteamStartup() failed: Missing Interface

All other games work fine. I've had Steam validate my files and it found no problem and I've searched the web to find few solutions.

The only solution I found was to delete 'steam.dll' and restart 'Steam.exe' but that solution didn't work...

Any thoughts...?
