It astounds me how people just want to be spoon fed the same old crap. Nintendo are trying something very different, and its written off as a gimick. Anyone want to tell me what the 360 or the PS3 has that is any different to the previous generation of consoles? Absolutely nothing. No hi-def doesnt count, what do you think a computer monitor is? Its hardly an innovation.

What? Dude, you're way off. Consoles are about the GAMES, god damnit. I couldn't care LESS about the hardware if a game I want to play is for that particular console. If I did I'd never ever have gotten a nes/snes emulator and have played every classic I can get my hands on.
Oh and by the way, the controller has NOTHING to do with how fun the game is, unless it's controls are horribly programmed.

Yeah, but Microsoft kind of has an edge there because the 360 is just a dedicated gaming PC. Its not like they have to do their kits from scratch.

PS and PS2 both had near-impossible dev kits, still awesome games were made. It has the potentional. I hope the good games won't be far and wide between

Well done for completely missing the point. My last line of that post says exactly that, its about the games. But do you want the same old games or something new? All MS and Sony are doing is increasing the power of the machine, which makes the graphics a bit nicer. Revolution will allow entirely new TYPES of games, and change the way we interact with them.

No you don't sound like a fanboy, we all know how fanboys sound *shrug*. Oh and really, the games are in the hands of the developers, it's up to them to do what they can to create something fresh. Sure, the dev kits can be a pain but without a doubt they've improved alot.

Vincent I totally agree with you, I say lets wait until they are both out until we start judging things. Also it depends on what type of games you like, I find there are more RPG type games on the Playstation so that is the system I have.

Yeah, goes for me too. I payed half a fortune for a ps2 JUST so I could play FF X. I'm gonna do the same with ps3 and FF XII.

When I turn on my Xbox 360 its says I’m signed into Xbox live but it doesn’t go on to the Xbox live dashboard it just comes up with the picture of the console and the dots around it showing that it is loading and then after a while it goes onto the screen where it shows your gamer card and the "Connect to Xbox live" button. I am no longer signed into Xbox live. I know this isn't an internet problem because I have taken the cable out of my Xbox 360 and put it into my computer and the internet works. So, what is the problem?

Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about it currently. The signup process already has anti-spam bot measures but they slip by them, which makes me wonder if they are people paid to post spam.

When they first made the post there wasn't anything on their signature. It seems they waited until later to add it.

I think looking back we can say the PS3 was pretty much superior to Xbox 360.

Only thing I find strange about the PS3, is it can't play PS2 games, however the very first models could. So it seems they intentionally removed this ability for no apparent reason?

Ps3 is far better than Xbox . Games on ps3 are of much graphics and story than Xbox. Xbox contains only kids games.
