Having trouble setting up custom maps for my server

I'm currently running a makeshift server from my Home PC due to the fact that there are no good servers up right now in the South America region, and I really wanted to add a few custom maps to the rotation to shake things up, but I've been getting a ton of errors when People try to join, the most common one being:

CreateFragmentsFromFile: 'maps/ffa_subwaystationv2.bsp' size exceeds net_maxfilesize limit (64 MB).

I've tried increasing the max filesize (Even though the map is only about 32mb), changing a few of the settings and nothing has worked so far. If someone could give me a fix or a step-by-step tutorial on how to set up custom maps that would be much appreciated!

Have you tried asking in our Steam community forums? Some players on there do run servers with custom maps.
