How do we load this map into the game and use it?

You can download map from links and move it to blade symphony\berimbau\maps (steam\steamapps\common..). Then host it from console with map <mapname> command. This will work if you plan to play with friends who will also download and put map in mentioned location. Otherwise, you probably need to set up fastdl server so players without map can download it quickly, there are some servers out there that already do this (Refinement and Rebellion servers).

I was told workshop will be implemented in future, which will make it an easier process overall.
