i need little help at my Blade Symphony Server

[*]Is there a list avaible of all Server Commands for Blade Symphony?

[*]How can I setup max Ping on the Server

[*]How can I ban fast player (become the infromation ID/IP without connet to the vserver and search in the console of server)

My Blade Symphony Server is hosted on a vServer

Are Speedhack and No Cooldown for throwing knife a hack in the game?

oh, Thanks but its there a commands for max Ping ?
Would like to set the max ping to 100 ms but don't find a command.
Maybe is there a admin plugin ?

And How can I deactivate Voice-Chat?
sv_alltalk 0 or 1??

sv_alltalk 0 or 1??

There isn't a command for max ping. sv_alltalk 0 will disable global voice chat.
