BS Server starts with a error message and start in LAN mode

Hello Guys,

i have a Problem, everytime when I try to start my Server i get a error message "Please look at the Attachment"

After this message the server change his only mode to LAN.

The Config are right configure, because its my old config since more about 1 year. At the time the game has work.

I'm sorry, when the message is in German.

I hope you all can Help me.
